My path to wellness is rooted in both physical endurance and subtle energy medicine. For over two decades, I’ve navigated high-alpine environments—leading thousands of hikers across hundreds of mountain summits, including Mt. Rainier in Washington, 47 state highpoints, and local Southern Nevada classics like the 52 Peak Club list.
Guiding people through challenging desert trails taught me that true strength requires balance, presence, and intentional rest. To complement my mountain practice, I dedicated years to studying energy work, breathwork and sound frequency, training under respected teachers to integrate physical movement with deep energetic restoration.
